Pick a service code when you order and the price, the on-site actions and the acceptance criteria are all fixed with it — nothing left to negotiate at the door.

How pricing works
Delivery
- LTL priced from a table by lane + distance + pallet count
- Threshold / first room (1.2): +$50 per pallet
- Room of choice (1.3): +$100 per pallet
- Distance is always taken from Google Maps
Installation
- Priced per item by category: cabinets by door, dressers by drawer, tables and chairs by unit, sofas by set
- Known categories get the standard price immediately; new orders are quoted same day
- Undefined bulky items are billed at $100 per hour
Moving
Installation fee × 2 + LTL freight + $100 service fee per job. Long-distance moves (over 100 miles) are quoted separately.
Repair and projects
Quoted to scope. On-site repair, warehouse repair after pickup, or customer-shipped repair.
Accessorial charges
Published rules. Nothing added at the door.

Standard pallet 48 × 40 in, height limit 90 in, 1,200 lb per pallet, 10,000 lb per truck. Dedicated-truck pricing applies at 7 or more pallets, or 6,000 lb and above.
Claims
- Lost freight is compensated at $1 per lb for the lost portion, capped at $200 per pallet
- For high-value freight, declare it in advance and buy cargo insurance (1% of value); the lost portion is then settled against the declared value. Fragile, high-value and hazardous goods are excluded
- AniFlow guarantees the outer packaging of the freight it carries, not the condition of the contents. Damage to fragile items — mirrors, marble, glass and similar — is not covered
- Delivery is complete once the driver uploads a POD signed by the consignee. Disputes must be raised by the following day
